Yes—in the ways that matter commercially and clinically: we use strong encryption for data in transit and protective storage practices (see Security & compliance for AES-256-class detail where PHI is stored). We do not sell your journals or reflections to advertisers. AI-powered features use vetted model and infrastructure subprocessors exactly as described in our Privacy Policy and DPAs—the same class of routing you expect from serious AI-enabled software.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Account export in settings downloads your eligible goals, reflections, chat history, and other member-held records in CSV or JSON where that surface is enabled for the dataset. We expand coverage as tools mature; rarely needed diagnostic rows may be omitted—everything scoped for export is documented in-product.

Can I share my Safety Check report?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After running a Safety Check, use "Create share link" to get a link you can send to a friend, partner, or therapist. Use "Copy link" or "Copy link + message" to paste into text or email. They can open the link to view the full report. PDF, text, and CSV exports also include the full report when available.

Most one-time checkers score a single paste or screenshot and move on. NamedClearly Safety Check adds relationship memory across runs, optional concern goals you choose before analysis, text plus audio and image uploads, line-attributed evidence, a regression-tested detection benchmark on diverse transcripts, timed sharing and exports, and optional Bible, Pastor’s Lens, and law-evaluation views — all inside the same workspace as Couples Connect, Longitudinal Evaluation, and Case Prep. It is still a reflection tool, not therapy, crisis care, or legal advice.

Does Safety Check label someone a victim or abuser automatically?

No. Primary victim/abuser role labels are off unless you explicitly opt in. Reports describe observed patterns and quotes so you can reflect, share with a trusted person, or prepare for pastoral or legal conversations — without the product forcing a courtroom-style role assignment.

Can Safety Check learn about the same person over multiple checks?

Yes, when checks share a relationship context. The dashboard can show what we know about someone over time — recurring patterns, notable shifts, and how the current run compares to your recent checks — so you see change, not just the latest paste.

What is Bible Evaluation?

Bible Evaluation lets you paste or upload a conversation and evaluate the other person's words and behaviors against Scripture. Categories (e.g. lying, slander, malice, rage, manipulation) are tied to specific Bible verses. The report is for reflection and optional pastoral preparation only—not church discipline or pastoral judgment. Find it on the dashboard under the Bible Evaluation card or from Find your tool.

What is Pastor's Lens?

Pastor's Lens frames a situation through biblical pastoral requirements (e.g. clarify the charge in biblical terms, both sides heard, Matthew 18 steps). Open it from a Safety Check result by clicking "View Pastor's Lens." You can generate a pastor evidence package and download a report (plain text) to share with a pastor. For pastoral preparation only; it does not replace a pastor's judgment or church process.

What are Communications Wizard and Prayer Wizard?

Communications Wizard is a guided flow to draft or refine messages with AI feedback before you send them. Prayer Wizard helps you structure prayer requests and reflections. Do I need a partner to use Couples Connect?

No! You can use most features individually. However, features like shared memories, health scores, and Fight Room (structured conflict chat with Focus modes, quick-reply starters, and optional draft softening) work best with a connected partner. You can invite your partner anytime using their email or a connection code.

What's the difference between Growth chat and Universal chat?

Growth chat is growth-focused and tied to your readiness level and session history on the main dashboard. Universal chat is a separate workspace with multiple models, sessions, custom prompts, MCP tools where enabled, and usage limits for deeper or general conversations.

Yes. NamedClearly is available as the responsive web app and installable PWA today, with native iOS and Android shells prepared for App Store and Google Play distribution. Safe Chat Storage can feed gathered communications into the analyzer. Communications Wizard and Prayer Wizard are dedicated flows for message drafting and prayer.
